Congratulations to the CT-based hospitals that were named to this year's Hospitals & Health Networks "Most Wired" list.
Conducted yearly, the list is generated from a survey looking at IT adoption and is distributed by the Health Forum, an American Hospital Association information company, which:
"Distributes, collects and analyzes the Most Wired data and develops benchmarks that are becoming the industry standard for measuring IT adoption for operational, financial and clinical performance in health care delivery systems."
Rankings are determined by those organization that "improve performance for value-based health care in the areas of infrastructure, business and administrative management, quality and safety, and clinical integration."
RESOLUTE Partners CEO Michael Blanco, "We want to take this opportunity to congratulate all winners, but especially those in our home state of CT, for delivering a blend of security and access that supports the needs of medical staff, patients and caregivers. We see firsthand on a daily basis how important technology is to the medical and heath communities through our extensive work with VA hospitals across the country.”
The Hospitals that made the list are Bristol Hospital, Danbury Hospital, Hospital of Central Connecticut, Middlesex Hospital, Norwalk Hospital, St. Francis Care, William W. Backus Hospital and Yale New Haven Health System.
